Marius Kempf advises German and foreign companies and their owners on all tax and commercial issues. He has many years of broad experience in group and corporate tax law, M&A transactions and tax structuring.

His expertise includes in particular the areas of private equity, inbound investment and tax audits.

Marius Kempf completed his studies at the Wiesbaden Business School with a thesis on the tax-optimized transfer of partnership shares.

Marius Kempf worked for several years as a tax advisor at the leading German and American law firms Noerr LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Prior to that, he worked for Ernst & Young in Frankfurt and Sydney, specializing in international tax law and transaction advice. Mr. Kempf is also trained as a mediator (FU Berlin).
