Jeanette Witzel
Jeanette Witzel advises private clients on legal and tax matters related to asset structuring, succession planning and the establishment of family foundation structures. She also takes on interim management roles for holding companies and acquisition vehicles for private equity funds. Furthermore, she provides support in the liquidation of companies (as liquidator or shareholder as a service). Ms. Witzel is also a sought-after advisor for family foundations and family offices.
Before Jeanette Witzel joined WNP, she worked for J.P. Morgan SE for 17 years in the tax risk department and managed the DACH area in asset management, private banking and consumer banking and has many years of experience in the financial services sector. She began her career at PwC Financial Services and PwC Veltins, initially advising insurance companies on investments and then specializing in structuring funds for institutional and private investors.
Jeanette Witzel combines legal and economic expertise with more than 20 years of professional experience as a coordinator and leader of a US bank and as a legal advisor.
Jeanette Witzel studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed her legal clerkship at the District Court of Düsseldorf. Ms. Witzel has completed her education as a tax advisor and is a mother of three children.
